MECHANICAL GRADES
OUR GENERAL PURPOSE MECHANICAL PRODUCTS – WITH OR WITHOUT FOAMING AGENT TO REACH NEGATIVE FLOW AREAS.
PE based, fortified with non-abrasive scrubbing and stiffening agents to scrub metallic surfaces clean of old resin, color and degradation that builds up on the screw. They are most effective and easy to use; just run them through the machine until the purgings are clear of contamination.

Non-ammonia, non-foaming chemical/mechanical purging compounds for medical and food purging applications . These are thermally activated purges, comprised of FDA/GRAS materials, with a softening chemistry to soften polymer structure and lower viscosity of resident resin to a fluid state.
