PM 5540 - Especially formulated for purging of high viscosity resins:
HDPE below 0.7 M.I., PP below 5 M.F. and rigid PVC above 80 Durometers Shore D. PM 5540 offers high temerature performance for purging of: AMODEL, Fluropolymers, KYNAR, NORYL, PEEK, Polyarylite, Polysulfone, RYTHON(PPS), SELAR PT, TORLON, VECTRA(LCP) XYDAR(LCP) ULTEM
PM 5540'S HMWE carrier resin allows you to purge at operating temperatures up to 725 degrees F. (385 C)
PM 8240 - Contains a low viscosity carrier for premium purging of:
PP (high melt flow) LDPE (high melt index)

Specialty Grades (chemical)
PM 5545 - Special blend of carrier resin(s) most suited for Dairy Industry Blow Molding Resin HDPE 0.7 to 0.9 Melt Index.

Concentrate Grades (carrier resin must be added prior to use)
IG 3000 - Chemical Concentrate Pellet allows you to custom blend your purging material by choosing a PE carrier applicable to your operation. For optimum performance we suggest a 50/50 mix ratio; for shutdown 60/40. IG 3000 offers premium chemical performance at commodity pricing.
R 5000 - Powdered Specialty Concentrate - For purging clear optical grade resins on dedicated machines; R5000 can be mixed directly with the dedicated clear resin eliminating polyethylene as the carrier resin. Limitations to using R5000 are gate and die openings less than.035.
Mechanical Purging Grades
MP1000 - A non-chemical polyethylene based purging material formulated with non-abrasive stiffeners to 'scrub' the screw and barrel free of old colors and contamination. MSDS data sheet | instructions
